In this leadership module, MHPL Youth Ministry Consultant, Peter Dutton will take us through the concepts of ‘Leading from your strengths’ .

MODULE OVERVIEW

Recognising and growing your strengths is a key foundation to our leadership development approach at St Bart's. Why? Because we recognise that God has gifted us individually and collectively with a diversity of gifts for his Gospel purposes.

This leadership workshop is designed for everyone who leads in some way in ministry to young people.

The general format of the day (subject to change):

9:30 AM - Welcome

9:45 AM - Reflection/Interview

10:00 AM - Check-in

10:20 AM - An overview to Leading from your strengths

10:30 AM - Morning Tea

11:00 AM - Leading from your strengths reflections

11:45 AM - Analysing the Strengths wheel

12:15 PM - Notices/prayer

12:30 PM - Finish, followed by optional lunch.
