Worship by the Book

Revd Dr Graham Stanton from Ridley College in Melbourne will conduct a practical workshop on leading Anglican services of worship.

Session 1: Cranmer's Vision

We'll begin in Anglican history, considering the basic principles of Cranmer's Book of Common Prayer, and, what J C Ryle called "the great principle on which the whole Prayer Book is drawn up".

Session 2: Prayer Book Logic

Working through the services of Morning and Evening prayer in APBA, we'll consider the "spiritual logic" of how these services are constructed and led.
