Learn skills and approaches to preaching the Psalms in these interactive workshops on Psalms 1, 2 and 3.
- Walking the Talk (Psalm 1)
- Worshipping the King (Psalm 2)
- Waiting on God (Psalm 3)
Psalm 1 invites us to delight in God's instruction, and Psalm 2 invites obedience to God's king. Psalms 1 and 2 are recognised as providing a gateway to the Book of Psalms, and Psalm 3 introduces the Psalter's common theme of trust in suffering and danger. These psalms form a helpful introduction to the themes and prayers of the Book of Psalms.
